This morning instead of my normal breakfast, I had around a quarter of a small Sara Lee coffeecake. Usually I alternate between two eggs and whole wheat Englishemuffins or oatmeal (I prefer to get my carbs in the am and do without in the afternoon). Protein less, but still, not terrible).
After calling the poor dogs inside before leaving (they were so happy just laying in the shade in the grass, I felt so very bad), I headed off to get my forty minutes on the cross trainer. Today I manged to hit 1.75 miles. Yea me.
Once again, I forgot to bring lunch with me (although I did have my water bottle) as I headed for knitting. Being the "good" Barbara, I stopped at Chick-Filet and got grilled chicken nuggets and a fruit cup. Oh and an unsweetened ice tea.
So far, good but not great. Until on the way home from knitting, I saw a McDonald's. And went to the drive through, coming out the other end with a large vanilla ice ream cone.
And I haven't even had dinner yet.
